Job summary

Lilly, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to lead scientific exchange with healthcare professionals. The role emphasizes accuracy, strategic communication, and field-based collaboration across Lilly’s medical teams.

The MSL provides education, supports evidence generation, and partners with development teams to address clinical care gaps in GI and Thoracic oncology TA areas.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health sciences: PharmD/MD/PhD required or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant clinical or TA experience desired.
• BSN/RPh/PA/NP acceptable with 5+ years clinical/research/industry experience.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex scientific content clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and clinical knowledge to SEs/CEs and field-based colleagues.
• Support HCPs by delivering evidence and addressing clinical care gaps.
• Collaborate with Lilly Medical and cross-functional teams to enable research and education.
• Travel up to 80% and balance field-based activities with internal partnerships.
