Responsibilities
  • Facilitate efficient patient entry and check-in processes.
  • Greet patients professionally and provide necessary information and forms.
  • Copy insurance IDs and licenses; support general office activities.
  • Assist front office staff and support the Office Manager with various tasks.
  • Manage patient records, handle phone communications, and set up new patient charts.
Additional Duties
  • Screen patients and staff upon entry, maintain social distancing and PPE protocols.
  • Check patients in/out and assist with patient rooming.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, computer programs, and insurance preferred.
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Personable, dependable, organized, with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
