Job summary

Billings Clinic is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) for the Main Campus. This full-time MLS position performs high complexity clinical laboratory testing, with responsibility for quality control and regulatory readiness under CLIA standards. Lead duties in an assigned area included.

Shift: Evening and weekends; starting wage DOE, with potential sign-on incentive. Montana licensure or eligibility is required; ASCP/AMT certification is considered.

Qualifications

• Education: Montana locations Current or eligible for Montana State licensure as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or ability to become licensed
• Certifications and Licensure: ASCP, AMT or equivalent certification will be considered

Responsibilities

• Performs high complexity clinical laboratory testing in one or more sections
• Maintains quality control and quality assurance per CLIA standards
• Acts as a lead for an assigned area and supports day-to-day operations
