Responsibilities

• Lead a shift or co-lead a department in the clinical laboratory.
• Perform routine and special laboratory procedures, quality control, preventive maintenance, and inventory control.
• Conduct proficiency testing and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement tasks.
• Train new employees and assist with onboarding and competency assessments.

Education
