Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a Laboratory Technical Leader to provide technical direction and oversee daily laboratory operations across chemistry, hematology, and urinalysis. You will coordinate testing, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure quality control, working to maintain accuracy and compliance.

You will train and mentor staff, oversee inventory, and support process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen testing competency and outcomes.
