Job summary

Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX, is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to oversee all technical and operational activities within the specified section(s). This role reports to the Laboratory Director/Manager and requires leadership of the laboratory team to ensure accurate, precise work.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or meet CLIA General Supervisor requirements and have sufficient clinical lab experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or meet CLIA requirements for a General Supervisor.
• Sufficient clinical laboratory experience to perform accurately and precisely the assigned work.
