Qualifications

• Experience leading Class II/III medical device programs.
• Proficient in requirement management and PLM tools.
• Expert in medical device design controls and traceability.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with IEC/ISO standards for medical devices.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical team in defining system architecture and interfaces for hardware/software integration.
• Collaborate across projects on system architecture, design, integration, and testing for connected medical devices.
• Identify and address system issues using simulations and analyses; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Guide process improvements within systems engineering and contribute to AI-driven healthcare solutions.
• Facilitate safety and security analyses to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices; support leadership decisions.
• Adjust processes and methodologies via cross-functional collaboration to enhance workflows.
• Manage third party designers, vendors, and contractors to deliver engineering solutions efficiently.
• Demonstrate project management and Agile experience, including scrums.
