Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or materials science.
• Minimum of ten years of relevant medical device industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design and develop medical devices.
• Ability to read and prepare technical documentation.
• Knowledge of medical device manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Expert proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, SolidWorks or CAD systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead medical device concepts and product designs.
• Lead test method development, data analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Mentor assemblers, technicians, and other team members.
• Support regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System and ethical standards.
