You will drive safety, GMP/GDP compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and operational excellence. This role emphasizes developing frontline leaders and maintaining strong housekeeping and regulatory standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Five+ years of manufacturing experience and supervisory experience.
• Experience analyzing production data, metrics, and statistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with safety and quality focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop up to 50 manufacturing employees through departmental leads.
• Drive a safety-first environment and ensure GMP and GDP compliance.
• Monitor production performance, quality, productivity, throughput, and yield.
• Organize and support training and development with accurate records.
• Collaborate with production planning to meet customer commitments and shipments.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, and Product Development to solve manufacturing challenges.
