Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of medical claims processing experience.
• High school diploma required; college education desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct training for all Operations Teams.
• Develop, design, and implement training curriculum.
• Analyze training needs from audits, provider appeals, and updated processes.
• Provide monthly refresher training to the Claims Department.
• Prepare and manage training materials, syllabus and tracking.
• Lead weekly audit dispute review meetings and collaborate across departments.
