Job summary

Qualifications

• Active certification/licensure required.
• 5+ years MBC experience within the last 10 years.
• Must have documented teaching experience or complete instructor training.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor per standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational materials using sound practices to support student academic development.
• Lead engaging, student-centered classroom environments and provide tutoring and support.
• Ensure instructional materials and equipment are ready and functional for classes.
• Participate in faculty assessment, professional development, and maintain required licensure.
• Analyze assessment data, prepare reports, and meet academic/administrative deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, accrediting bodies and internal policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
