Kadlec Jobs seeks a Medical Assistant IV to support patient care under the supervision of a Practice Manager or Provider. The role includes leadership duties and oversight of clinic ambassadors and quality initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of medical assisting in clinics, Washington MA certification, and BLS within 30 days of hire, with the ability to float to other clinics as needed.
The MA IV works under the delegation of a Practice Manager and/or Provider to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients. A MA IV is capable of performing all aspects of the MA I and MA II and MA III roles. Additionally, the MA IV serves in a leader role or is highly skilled and trained in multiple complex specialty areas and oversees ambassadors, change agents, quality champions, and preceptors within the clinic.
