Responsibilities

• Screens patient and gathers pertinent information.
• Trains new staff and coaches existing staff on patient visit process.
• Assists physician or practitioner during patient visits and triages calls.
• Documents information and completes paperwork for encounters, labs, and documents.
• Maintains exam rooms and work environment for safety and cleanliness.
• Assists with laboratory procedures and monitors safety.
• Provides reception/clerical support as needed and trains staff accordingly.
