A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Assistant Lead to provide clinical oversight and guidance at multi-site practices. The role involves training new medical assistants, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. This position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for external hires and requires a Certified Medical Assistant with experience in Electronic Health Records.

GENERAL OVERVIEW:
As a member of the healthcare team, the Medical Assistant Lead provides clinical oversight and guidance at large multi-site practices. Oversees onboarding and training for new medical assistants, educates staff on workflows, policies, and procedures, and coordinates schedules. Collaborates with Practice Management to ensure ongoing education and provides leadership and mentorship to Medical Assistants, assessing their clinical skills and recommending additional training as needed.
