Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) leads outpatient and ambulatory care across Wisconsin as part of Advocate Health. The role supports primary care teams in New Franken and surrounding clinics, with a focus on compassionate patient care and efficient workflows.

The position requires 5 years of nursing or medical assisting experience, LPN or MA credentials, and BLS certification within 45 days. Collaborative, patient-centered care is our priority, with fixed weekday hours and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in nursing or medical assisting in outpatient/hospital setting preferred.
• LPN or MA credentials as specified; BLS certification required within 45 days.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced ambulatory care setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver coordinated care.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and patient flow.
