+ **Schedule:** 7:30-4:30 Monday-Friday

+ **Clinic:** Howell Allen Clinic **-** North Tower Midtown

+ **Location:** Nashville, TN; some local travel required

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in support of physician practice operations.

+ Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.

+ Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.

+ Assign, monitor, and review progress of work. Monitors and reports compliance with policies and/or procedures.

+ Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.

+ Inventory clinical supplies and place supply orders to maintain desired levels. Receive and organize the handling of medication samples.

**Requirements**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Certified Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Approved credentialing bodies include, but may not be limited to: American Medical Technologists, National Healthcare Assoc, National Center for Competency Testing, National Assoc for Health Professionals and American Assoc of Medical Assistants.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
