Job summary

Trinity Health in Illinois is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Immediate Care team in Burr Ridge on a full-time basis. The position supports an outpatient setting with 3 twelve-hour day shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays, Monday–Friday hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Minimum education includes 2–3 years of college, with an accredited MA program and Loyola phlebotomy training.

Qualifications

• Administrative or technical background acquired through completion of 2 - 3 years of college
• Successful completion of accredited medical assistant program
• Successful completion of Loyola’s phlebotomy training program is required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Ambulatory experience in a primary or specialty care setting required
• Previous Supervisory experience in an active, clinical setting is strongly preferred.
• Possess at least one medical assistant certification: AAMA, RMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA
• BLS CPR from the AHA
• ACLS (Advanced Cardio Life Support) and/or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (ASCP)

Join our dynamic Immediate Care team, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting!

Clinic Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Schedule:

3 shifts/week at 12 hours each (3/12s) Day shift only

Rotation Requirements:

Weekend rotation (Saturday & Sunday)

Holiday rotation

Travel Expectations:

Occasional travel to Burr Ridge as needed

Minimum Education:

COMPENSATION

Pay Range: $25.71 - $27.13 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
