Job summary

The position requires Medical Assistant Cert/Reg and high school diploma, with one year of related experience preferred; travel to off-site locations may be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited healthcare program related to hiring department.
• One year DMC associate preferred.
• Medical Assistant Cert/Reg required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect patient care responsibilities; clinical tasks vary by department.
• Manage daily team operations and staffing schedules to meet standards.
• Orient, train, and evaluate direct reports under the department head.
• Uphold clinic policies and model expected behavior.
• Support supervisor/manager in administrative functions as directed.
