Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect patient care; clinical responsibilities vary by department.
• Oversee daily team operations, staffing schedules, and work standards.
• Orient and train direct reports; uphold clinic policies and behave as a role model.
• Support supervisor/manager in department/administrative tasks.
