Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Center in White Center is seeking a Full-time Medical Assistant Supervisor to lead the clinic team and ensure high‑quality patient care. You will oversee medical assistants, support patient flow, and perform duties to maintain clinical standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active MA-C license in the State of Washington or be licensed as an LPN in Washington.
• Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire and maintain current certification.
• Must have completed state-mandated HIV/AIDS education.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with clinical ambulatory care background.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise medical assistants to ensure quality patient care.
• Ensure clinical quality measures, provider productivity, and resource management targets are met.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to care team members (MAs, care coordinators, externs, phlebotomists).
• Ensure adherence to the AIDET service model for patient interactions.
• Conduct nursing audits to monitor staff performance and health outcomes.
• Plan and deliver ongoing staff trainings (QI, infection control, etc.).
• Oversee medication administration, storage, dispensation, and waste logs.
