Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant Supervisor for our Federal Way Medical Clinic. You will hire, train, and supervise MAs to ensure patient-centered care, oversee workflow, and help the clinic meet clinical quality measures.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a clinical ambulatory care background.
Ability to participate actively in staff meetings and team development.
