Job summary

Advanced Dermatology, P.C. is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to join our Paramus location, stepping into a leadership role to support providers and staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

As Lead MA you will oversee clinical flow, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards across the team. Travel to New Jersey and Manhattan locations may be required for training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience.
• EMA experience is required.
• Cosmetic dermatology experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to lead by example.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with providers, management, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical leader and resource for Medical Assistants within the office.
• Support provider workflows and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.

Position Summary

The Lead Medical Assistant will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, leadership potential, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting both providers and fellow team members in delivering exceptional patient care.

• Must be willing to travel to other New Jersey and/or Manhattan locations as needed for training and operational support.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on Paramus office operational hours.
