Bee Busy Wellness Center in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Medical Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This leadership role offers the opportunity to mentor staff while continuing to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Lead a team of medical assistants, assist providers with procedures, manage patient flow, rooming, vitals, and clinical documentation, and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• CMA or RMA credential required
• 2–3 years MA experience, preferably in primary care/wellness
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR and clinical documentation
• Strong phlebotomy and vital signs skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a team-first attitude

Responsibilities:

• Assist providers with clinical procedures, examinations, and patient care activities
