Job summary

Evergreen Village Prescott is hiring a CERTIFIED Caregiver/ Med-Tech to lead the weekend shift. The Team Leader works with the Health Services Director to maintain high-quality overnight resident care and supports ADL tasks.

The role requires Arizona caregiver certification and 2+ years in senior living, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will maintain safety, infection control, and service plan adherence.

Qualifications

• Arizona Caregiver Certification and two years experience in senior living required.
• Proven experience as a caregiver (3-5 years) and CPR/Emergency response knowledge.
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates empathy and respects residents' independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and carry out service plans according to resident needs.
• Maintain and document care in the Medication Administration Record (MAR).
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms promptly.
• Promote safety, infection control, and a clean, orderly environment.
• Collaborate with Health Services Director and team Leaders on tasks and quality management.
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
