Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager of Medical Education to shape and lead education programs for its Orthopedic Instruments team. You will connect customers to leading technologies and future innovations, guiding strategy, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing teams, developing educational content, and aligning with global strategy to improve patient outcomes and adoption of Stryker products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of work experience required.
• 7+ years Medical Education experience preferred.
• Medical Device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help build and lead medical education programs for orthopedic instruments.
• Manage people and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design educational materials and services.
• Analyze market dynamics and customer needs to shape training platforms.
• Establish metrics and action plans to improve program delivery.
• Communicate long‑term strategy to key stakeholders and gain alignment.
• Oversee budgets and investments for medical education initiatives.
