Qualifications

High School diploma is required.
6+ years of experience.
Basic computer skills are preferred.
Certain roles may require relocation.

Responsibilities

Oversee overall field operations.
Create and manage project schedule.
Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specs.
Establish budgets and control costs.
Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances.
Identify project risk and mitigate it.
Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA standards.
Maintain jobsite cleanliness.
Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel.
Prepare daily logs.
