Responsibilities

• Oversee overall field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specs.
• Establish budgets and control costs.
• Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances.
• Identify project risk and mitigate it.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
• Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel.
• Prepare daily logs.
