Qualifications

• 7+ years in mechanical trade with hands-on installation.
• 2+ years in lead-hand or supervisory role.
• Experience delivering projects in healthcare, automotive, data centers.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, drawings.

Responsibilities

• Verify pumps, valves, piping, instrumentation against specs.
• Inspect mechanical packages for installation, alignment, performance.
• Identify constructability risks before shipment.
• Witness testing, document results, turnover records.
• Collaborate with fabrication, welding, electrical, engineering, operations.
• Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
