• Strong leadership and communication skills are required for supervising the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of millwrights and mechanical trades personnel.
• Execute weekly and daily maintenance plans as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Lead daily line-out meetings and communicate job assignments, priorities, and safety expectations.
