Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication in a DoD environment.
• 3–7+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, or a related tech field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Experience using hand and power tools for precision assembly and fabrication.
• DoD/Defense, Navy, shipyard, or military fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on assembly, integration, modification, and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electromechanical systems in a DoD fabrication/manufacturing environment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications to accurately fit, assemble, align, and test components and assemblies.
