Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (MS preferred) with 10+ years of mechanical/product development experience.
• Demonstrated CAD modeling and drawing creation (SolidWorks or equivalent).
• Ability to work on-site full-time with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Researches, designs, evaluates mechanical and electro-mechanical materials and assemblies.
• Owns large electro-mechanical assembly product design and development.
• Conducts feasibility studies to verify capability and functionality.
• Develops concepts from design to market release with GD&T knowledge.
• Directs support personnel and coordinates project activities.
• Maintains detailed documentation through all R&D phases.
• Interfaces with senior management on significant matters.
