Baker Hughes is seeking a Lead Engineer, Mechanical Component, to lead engineering design and analysis activities supporting product development. You will collaborate with technical experts and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions that improve reliability and performance.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with experience), strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or high school diploma with 4+ years in Engineering or Technology.
• Minimum 3 additional years of experience in Mechanical Components.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Effective problem identification and solution development skills.
