Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 15+ years of experience.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design on complex HVAC projects across healthcare, commercial, and research facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants through all project phases.
• Develop and refine mechanical system designs, specifications, and BIM models.
• Ensure code compliance, QA/QC, and project documentation accuracy.
