• Hands-on experience specifying hydraulics/pneumatics and welding knowledge.
• Ability to lead design budgets and direct small drafting teams.
• Willingness to be onsite within 45-minute drive of Brown Deer, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct ground-up mechanical design integrity, engineering strategy, and profitability for custom projects.
• Translate client specifications into innovative automation solutions during concept reviews.
• Supervise design workflows, guiding in-house detailers and external resources.
