You will work directly with the co-founders to balance clinical requirements with engineering feasibility, oversee fabrication and preclinical activities, and help grow into a leadership role as the startup expands.

Competenze

• BS/MS/PhD in mechanical engineering or closely related fields.
• 5–10 years of work experience in regulated product development is a plus.
• Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration across disciplines.

• Oversee fabrication planning, vendor selection, and sign-off processes.
