Job summary

Vincere in Monrovia, CA seeks a Lead Mechanical Engineer for a long-term contract with the intention to hire directly. You will lead design and engineering calcs for custom equipment, manage budgeting, BOMs and manufacturing instructions, and supervise a small team of junior engineers and drafters.

The role offers a pay range of $95k–$125k and is based in Monrovia, CA. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership in a manufacturing/fabrication environment and is ideal for someone with CAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience CAD design; SolidWorks.
• CNC machining; machine shop interface.
• Theme park equipment / projects a plus.
• Comfortable leading / overseeing small team.

The role will be hired as long term contract with intention to go direct hire, or direct hire

Pay range $95-125k
