Job summary

Sshic in Pennsylvania is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to drive design delivery across projects, lead teams, and ensure technical quality while coordinating with clients and authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering (master’s preferred), 13+ years of building design experience, strong leadership and project management skills, and advanced HVAC design software knowledge, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s is a plus).
• Strong experience in Gulf projects is mandatory.
• Minimum 13 years of mechanical building design experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems and design software.
• Professional membership (CIBSE, ASHRAE, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
