Qualifications

• Experience designing piping systems in process-control environments.
• Experience with CFD/FEA to validate piping integrity and performance.
• Ability to lead engineering work with minimal supervision and meet safety/regulatory targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, construction, and maintenance of facility piping systems with components sizing and equipment selection.
• Model pressure, flow, and thermal effects using CFD/FEA; assess static and dynamic loads.
• Develop and review mechanical and piping drawings, plans, and specs for codes and standards compliance.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate engineering work on major projects; prepare ROMs and cost estimates.
• Participate in safety reviews and QA activities; drive continuous improvement with new tech.
• Produce technical reports and progress updates for stakeholders and management.
• Direct and mentor junior engineers in mechanical and fluid-system design.
