Job summary

Imd is seeking a Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from planning through execution, coordinating with field teams, clients, and vendors to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and BIM coordination. Travel to sites is expected; a Bachelor’s in Construction PM and OSHA 10+ are preferred; salary range is $95,000–$135,000 with an annual performance‑based bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Construction Project Management with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proficient in project scheduling, budgeting, and field operations.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction documentation.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software.
• OSHA 10 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.
• Manage project budgets, including labor, material, and equipment costs, from initiation through completion.
• Prepare and maintain cost tracking reports, payment billings, schedules, and change orders.
• Oversee BIM activities in partnership with the BIM Coordinator to ensure successful detailing and coordination.
• Lead project teams, manage scope, time and budget of projects, communicate effectively and mitigate risks.
