Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction (piping, HVAC, or industrial equipment installation).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and piping systems.
• Familiarity with construction management software (P6 or MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects end-to-end, including materials/equipment ordering, subcontract issuance, billing, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of contract scope, general conditions, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve potential issues proactively before they impact schedule or budget.
• Support estimating and business development across plan/spec, design-assist, and design-build project types.
• Review fabrication shop work packages, including detail drawings, material take-offs, and labor budgets.
• Partner with the Safety team to manage jobsite risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
