Qualifications

• Experience in cloud‑native data engineering including Snowflake, Azure, Matillion, DBT ETL tools.
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver ETL pipelines to process healthcare data.
• Experience in data modeling for Data Warehouse in Snowflake.
• Experience in healthcare payor domain with focus on data governance, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare‑related data processing.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for healthcare data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing data warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of ETL pipelines to process healthcare data.
• Ensure efficient, scalable, and high‑performance solutions with data consistency and quality.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on data requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and team members.
• Address and resolve issues related to ELT processes, ensuring minimal disruptions and maintaining data integrity.
