Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to deliver personalized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement during sessions
• Communicate student progress to parents and guardians
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid methods using the Mathnasium approach
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and undergo training
• Strong math skills through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional duties
• All applicants must pass a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check
