Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and collaborate with team members to provide individualized instruction in group settings.
2. Assess students' learning progress and engagement during sessions.
3. Communicate student progress to parents and guardians.
4. Teach/tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid methods using the Mathnasium approach.
5. Become proficient with digital educational tools.
6. Maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

1. Passion for math and working with students.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Eagerness to learn and receive training.
4. Strong math skills through at least Algebra I.
5. Ability to balance leadership and instructional duties.
6. All applicants must pass a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
