Responsibilities

1. Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to provide individualized instruction in a group setting
2. Assess students' learning progress and engagement
3. Communicate student progress to parents and guardians
4. Teach/tutor in-center, online, or via hybrid methods using the Mathnasium Method
5. Become proficient with digital educational materials
6. Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and undergo training
• Math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional duties
