Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to deliver personalized instruction
• Assess students' progress and engagement during sessions
• Communicate student progress to parents and guardians
• Teach in-center and/or online using Mathnasium methods and practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and receive training
• Strong math skills through at least Algebra I, with comfort up to Pre-Calculus/Trigonometry
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional duties
