Job Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with team members to provide personalized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ progress and engagement during sessions
• Communicate student progress to parents and guardians
• Teach in-center, online, or hybrid using the Mathnasium Method and terminology
• Become proficient with digital educational materials
• Maintain a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Strong math skills through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional duties

Applicants must take a math literacy test, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.

Note: Locations are independently owned; franchisees are responsible for employment matters.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
