Qualifications

• Passion pour les mathématiques et travail avec les étudiants.
• Compétence mathématique exceptionnelle, au moins jusqu'au niveau Algèbre I.
• Capacité à équilibrer responsabilités de leadership et d'enseignement.

Responsibilities

• Diriger et coacher en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe pour offrir un enseignement individualisé.
• Évaluer les progrès d'apprentissage des étudiants et communiquer avec les parents.
• Utiliser la méthode Mathnasium pour enseigner en présentiel et en ligne.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
