Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method
• Become proficient with digital educational materials

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Math proficiency through at least Algebra I
• Ability to balance leadership and instructional roles
