Job summary

Mathnasium in Pearland, TX is seeking part-time Educators to deliver Mathnasium Method instruction after school and on weekends. You will lead small-group sessions, assess progress, and communicate with parents.

The role supports in-center, online, and hybrid delivery, requiring strong math skills through Algebra 2 and a passion for helping students. Hours are typically Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-8:00pm and Friday 2:30pm-7:30pm, with opportunities for advancement and additional training.

Hours for this Position are as follows

Monday- Thursday 2:30pm - 8:00pm

Friday 2:30pm- 7:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environmentAssist with administrative tasks as needed

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
