Job summary

Mathnasium Learning Centers seek dedicated educators to deliver Mathnasium Method instruction. You will lead small groups, assess progress, and communicate with families while tutoring in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery.

This role emphasizes math proficiency through Algebra I and a supportive classroom environment. Applicants must be motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be ready to undergo training and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students' learning progress and engagement during sessions.
• Communicate student progress with parents and guardians.
• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Support a safe and professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
